Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date with original invoice by mail. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return or exchange by mail, please follow these instructions:
1. Fill out the return form included in the original package and indicate the item number, quantity, and reason code.
2. Place invoice and return form in the package.
3. Choose to use your own preferred method of shipping, use one that can be tracked and insured.
4. Securely pack your merchandise, mail the merchandise to this address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
* However, your original shipping cost is not refundable.
* We will not pay for the return shipping cost. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if you request a return label from us.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.

To exchange a product by mail, you must first return the item you wish to exchange following the “RETURNS” instructions. You will need to reorder a new item at Sutton Men. Please note that we will not pay for the return shipping cost.
As a retail business, our prices may change in response to trends, stock, and demand from the consumer. As such we are not able to refund the difference.
